This means that those of us whose brains work differently end up wasting so much time and energy trying out alllll the advice, buying all the courses and “proven methods,” Reels courses and YouTube masterclasses and email templates, always trying to find the secret that it feels like we’re missing out on that everyone else has.
But all that gets us is cycling through other people’s processes and strategies, burning ourselves out and shaming ourselves, because if this method is so proven, and it’s not working for me, then I must be the problem, right?
The problem is a million and one “experts” all telling you what you “have” to do in order to be successful, when in reality, you just need to figure out what works for you.
Once you figure out how to do content marketing in a way that works for you, content creation will come easily to you, it will actually be fun, and you’ll grow your audience and connect with them so much more effectively.

Over the past 8+ years, I’ve helped dozens of neurodivergent, spoonie, and rebellious online entrepreneurs go from feeling utterly overwhelmed and anxious about content marketing, to excited, confident, and creatively empowered.
