Stop deciding what you "should" do next

Just decide "now or not now?"

A free spinner wheel that takes your to-do list from decision-fatigue-overwhelm central to a fun game with just one decision at a time.

What's next?

What's on your to-do list?

    How it works

List. Spin. Now or Not Now?

    1

Type in whatever's on your list — however many things, however messy.

    2

Spin the wheel. It hands you exactly one task.

    3

Ask yourself: this one, right now? Or not right now?

    4

Not feeling it? Spin again. Feeling it? Go do the thing.

Done in meatspace is better than perfect on paper

Maybe you’ve got a whole task management system. Maybe your task list lives in your head. Maybe it’s on post-it notes scattered across your desk. It doesn’t matter what form your to-do list is in — you always end up overwhelmed and paralyzed by how long it is, and by deciding what to work on next, and what you “should” work on next, and what order you “should” get it all done in.

Then the stress kicks in. Maybe you get sent straight into freeze mode and don’t get anything done at all. Or you spend so much energy trying to puzzle out the most “optimal” order to do it all in that you end up getting less done in the day than if you’d just picked something and started, even if it wasn’t in the “most optimal” order.

I tell my clients this all the time: done is better than perfect. A medium-sized chunk of stuff done imperfectly beats doing a tiny amount of the “right” stuff with a side of mushy-brain and self-flagellation.

    Hi! 👋 I'm Claire Paniccia (she/they)

I’ve spent the last 10+ years building an online business that runs with my ADHD/autistic/anxious/depression-prone brain with wildly unpredictable and fluctuating energy levels. I know exactly how the “just make a list and work your way through it” advice lands when your brain doesn’t work like the world says it’s “supposed to”.

These days, I’m a business coach for neurodivergent online entrepreneurs! I help my fellow NDers stop building based on someone else’s business plan and instead build businesses that actually work for their unique, chaos-gremlin brains 🦝

And that includes reigning in the todo-list-shame and figuring out whatever system helps you get shit done so you can reach your goals (with less self-flagellation!)
