We’re surrounded by exploitative corporations, manipulative bro marketers, and shitty “standard” business practices that prioritize profit over people.
But you don’t want to run your business like that.
You want to run your business as ethically and un-exploitatively as you can. You want your business to help fuel a better world, not be part of the problem.
So you set your prices low, with the goal of being financially accessible, because you know how it feels to need a service or product and just simply not be able to afford it.
But then you turn around and realize that you’re struggling to pay your bills.
And after a while of this, you don’t know what to do.
Because it starts to feel like you have to do what the bro marketers are doing if you want to make the kind of money you need or want.
But I promise you, that’s not the case.
But you do need to examine how you go about setting your prices and why.
Because that’s the very first domino when it comes to the revenue coming into your business.
WAIT WAIT WAIT, before you go!
I’m not telling you to double your prices or any shitty cookie-cutter advice like that! That’s not how I do things!
When I talk to entrepreneurs like you about their pricing, I often hear a lot of waffling and un-sureness.
But this is the first domino in the chain of your cashflow we’re talking about!
You should feel confident in your pricing!
But it’s hard to feel confident about something that’s being constantly undermined by the shitty conditioning we’ve all received from the capitalist-white-supremacist-patriarchy ocean we swim in.
Conditioning that’s designed to keep us small.
It’s hard to feel confident about something you haven’t examined.
So let’s dig into it!
Let’s put how you think about your pricing under a microscope and get some clarity on this shit.
From there, you’ll be able to set your prices with intention and confidence, while aligning with your values and knowing that you’ve set yourself up to support your revenue goals and be able to pay your bills.
Some things we’ll talk about:
💸 What do we mean by “capitalism”
💸 Financial accessibility and exploitation
💸 Abundance, thriving, greed, and other things
💸 “Am I delivering enough to justify this price?”
💸 Sometimes setting your price “too” low is the right move, and here’s when
💸 Different pricing models and deciding which is right for you and when
💸 Other pricing models designed around equity, like parity pricing, sliding scale, etc, and when to use them (or not)
💸 And more!
DISCLAIMER: I will not be talking about specific numbers in this workshop. Pricing is far too relative for me to tell you exactly what your prices should be.
Because the answer might be different based on industry, offer structure, target audience, expertise-level, and even your own headspace.
Hi there! 👋 In case you don’t already know me, I’m Claire Paniccia (she/they)
I’m a business coach for online entrepreneurs who don’t fit the mold (especially if it’s because of neurodivergence, having limited energy capacity, or because your values often clash with standard business advice).
I’ve been a full-time online entrepreneur for 8+ years, and in that time, I’ve had to figure out how to do this whole business thing in a way that works for my brain, my fluctuating energy levels, and my values.
Because fuck capitalism, you know?
And also, I need to pay my bills.
It took a LONG time and a LOT of self-reflection and learning before I realized all the ways in which my uncomfortable cognitive dissonance about these two things was holding me back.
Just to be clear: I’m not saying my “fuck capitalism” mindset was holding me back. I’m saying the uncomfortable sensation of feeling like those two things were diametrically opposed was holding me back.
Because they’re not.
But a lot of us feel like they are. And the people in power want us to feel that way, because if we feel uncomfortable and unsure, we won’t have the energy or confidence to gain more power/money.
So I want to help you untangle that headspace so that you can start making the money you need and want, while doing it in line with your values, and accruing the power.
Because the world would be better if more people who gave a shit about other people had more power, you know?

👍 You’ve always intentionally set your prices on the lower end “because you know how it feels”, but then you struggle to pay your bills or buy groceries
👍 Or it feels weird/gross/wrong to charge for something that comes easily to you/you enjoy
👍 Or it feels weird/gross/wrong to charge for something because you want to help people
👍 If you commonly find yourself saying “because capitalism” when you’re telling stories to friends
👍 You’re an online service provider, coach, or course creator
👍 You want to run your business in a way that feels ethically comfortable to you and aligns with your values, and also want to be able to support yourself with your business at the same time (I promise, these are NOT contradictory goals!)
❌ You’re looking for someone to straight up tell you how much to charge – no shame in that, but that’s not what I’ll be doing
❌ You’re charging low with strategic intentionality and are already thriving – you keep doing you!
❌ You hate woke-ism (how did you even get here, I’m *super* not the coach for you)
❌ You don’t care who you have to step on or harm to reach your goals
Totally valid question, since honestly that’s what a lot of business coaches do.
No, not necessarily! First off, since this is a workshop and I don’t know the intricacies of everyone’s individual businesses and situations, I’m not going to *tell* you what to do with your pricing. Instead, we’re going to explore all the elements involved so that *you* can set your prices confidently.
But even if you actually had a 1:1 coaching relationship with me, I wouldn’t just straight up tell you what to do with your prices. With me, even if I have suggestions, you’ll always have the agency to decide what’s best for you and your business.
Now I’ll be totally honest with you: when working with coaching clients who’ve had this problem, I have ended up encouraging them to raise their prices.
BUT! Only after fully examining their situation, digging into their pricing mindset with them, and making sure that they had other, more financially accessible forms of support for people who might not be able to afford their main services/offers.
The goal here for me is to make sure you get paid AND that you’re able to do what you feel is ethically right in your business. We want to hit both notes, not one at the expense of the other. So we’ll be considering your price alongside other factors, to make sure you’re set up to do both!
Oooooh look at you with the juicy juicy questions!
I think a lot of us who are liberation- and justice-minded who are also entrepreneurs tend to carry a lot of cognitive dissonance about this very thing.
And we’re absolutely going to dig into this in this workshop, because when we’re carrying this uncomfortable dissonance in our heads, it’s going to have huge ripple effects on all kinds of aspects of your business, not least of which is your pricing.
I don’t want to give too many spoilers away, but one of my goals for this workshop is to help dispel this cognitive dissonance with you!
Absolutely! I know some of my recent offers have specifically not been meant for newer businesses (I’m so sorry about that!), but the earlier you untangle this pricing stuff, the better, so please come along!
YES you are exactly who this is for!
Honestly, a lot of this stuff could probably apply for other business models, like ecommerce, handmade artists, brick-and-mortar businesses, etc, but since I don’t have experience with those business models, I won’t be speaking to them directly, just as a heads up.
Hey, I totally get that you might feel overwhelmed about the whole pricing thing, and decision fatigue is suuuuper real (especially in the current *waves hands in the air*)
But unfortunately, setting your prices isn’t something anyone can do for you. You gotta figure this one out for yourself.
So just to be totally transparent and clear: I will not be discussing specific numbers in this workshop OR during the Q&A. Pricing is far too relative for me to tell you exactly what your prices should be.
Instead, we’ll be discussing all the elements around pricing so that you are equipped to set your prices in a way that sets you up to be able to make money AND aligns with your values ethically.
The workshop itself is about 2 hours long, and the Q&A portion is about 30 mins.
This is a recording of a paid live training that I ran in February 2025. I won’t do this workshop live again, but the recording will continue to be available on its own.
There will be no refunds for this offer.
